Ordering & customization
Can I customize the map area or zoom?+
Today, every city ships with our hand-tuned framing. The interactive editor (drag the map, pick exact bounds, edit title text) is in development — sign up for our newsletter and we'll let you know the moment it's live.
How are the styles named?+
Six signature styles: Midnight, Noir, Sumi, Blueprint, Linen, Sunset. Eleven more experimental themes live behind 'More styles' on each city page.
Do you make custom city posters not on the list?+
Not yet, but it's on our short-term roadmap. Email hi@maplark.com with the city you want and we'll bump it up the queue.
What sizes do you offer?+
Two sizes today: 12" × 18" ($44.99) and 24" × 36" ($94.99). An 8" × 10" entry size plus Framed (Matte Black / Classic White / Red Oak) and Wood Hanger mounting options are coming next month.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?+
Posters print in 2–3 business days at our partner studios in the USA, then ship via UPS or DHL. Most US orders arrive in 5–7 business days; international is 7–14 business days.
Where do you ship?+
Worldwide. Stripe Checkout calculates shipping live for US, Canada, UK, and Australia. More countries roll out monthly.
Is shipping free?+
Free standard shipping on US orders over $59. International orders calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. After paying, you'll land on a tracking URL like maplark.com/orders/abc123. Bookmark it — that's your order page (we don't require accounts). We'll also email status updates.
Returns & refunds
What if I don't love it?+
30-day free returns or exchanges, no questions asked. Email hi@maplark.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.
What if it arrives damaged?+
Email a photo within 7 days of delivery to hi@maplark.com and we'll print and ship a replacement at no cost.
Can I cancel an order?+
If your order hasn't entered production yet (within ~6 hours of payment), email us and we'll cancel + refund. After production starts, we have to ship it but you're welcome to return it under our 30-day policy.
About Maplark
Where are you based?+
Maplark is a small studio. Posters are printed by partner facilities in the USA so we can ship fast and keep our footprint small.
Are the maps real?+
Yes. Every poster is rendered from open street data (OpenStreetMap) using our own rendering pipeline. We don't use stock images.
Do you offer wholesale or trade discounts?+
We're starting to. If you're an interior designer or run a stationery shop, email hi@maplark.com with your project.
