30-day free returns and exchanges
If your Maplark poster doesn't feel right on your wall, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund or an exchange. We'll cover the return shipping label.
- Email hi@maplark.com with your order number (it's in your tracking URL).
- We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the poster back in the original tube and drop it at any UPS access point.
- Refund hits your card 3–5 business days after we receive it; exchange ships immediately.
Damaged in transit
Couriers do occasionally bend tubes. If your poster arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll print and ship a replacement at no cost. You don't need to send the damaged one back; donate it to a friend who likes the city.
Cancellations
Production usually starts within 6 hours of payment. Email us before then and we'll cancel + refund. After production starts, we have to ship it — but our 30-day return policy still applies.
Custom orders
When we launch the configurator (cities outside our catalog, custom titles), custom posters will follow the same 30-day policy except when the customization makes the poster unsellable to anyone else (e.g. a personalized name). Those orders are final sale, and we'll flag that clearly at checkout.
